Teddy Bear Clinic at the Children’s Hospital

WHAT: Navicent Health invites the children of central Georgia to bring their sick and injured teddy bears, or other plush animal friends, to Navicent Health’s third annual Teddy Bear Clinic. Plush patients will receive bandages, X-rays, height and weight checks and a blood pressure check as children learn what happens when a person visits the hospital.

WHEN: Saturday, March 4,2017
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. EST

WHERE: The Medical Center, Navicent Health’s Oncology Parking Lot Corner of First and Hemlock Streets, Macon

The Children’s Hospital will again host their FREE Teddy Bear Clinic but this year it will be at the Children’s Hospital.  Here is the info from their facebook page

Join us next Saturday for the Teddy Bear Clinic at our NEW LOCATION, 800 1st Street in downtown Macon which gives children in the community an opportunity to see firsthand what happens inside a children’s hospital. Bring your favorite stuffed animal or doll and Children’s Hospital doctors and clinicians will provide hands-on ‘treatment’!
