Child Safety Expo and Trick or Treating at Coliseum Hospital
The Coliseum Hospital in Macon is hosting a fun event with something for everyone. Not only will they have trick or treating, they will also have vehicles for the kids to see, safety tips for several things, and car seat checks. Here is the information from their facebook page –
The 2015 Child Safety Expo & Trick or Treat event will be held on October 31 from 9:00 a.m. to 12 Noon. Trick or treat through our new pediatric ER! Inflatables! Tour emergency vehicles! Learn safety tips on: bicycles helmets, safe sleeping habits, fire, poison control, guns, and so much more. Car seat checks will also be offered for free!
Children will enjoy seeing a fire truck, law enforcement vehicles, ambulances, and even an Air Evac helicopter. At 11:00 a.m., all kids present will be invited to be in our child safety parade, led by a band and Eddie Eagle.
