Winter Wonderfest at the Museum of Aviation

This Saturday and Sunday, the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins will be hosting a Winter Wonderfest to benefit the museum.  Here is the information from their website –

The Museum of Aviation Foundation and the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame will be holding our 2nd Annual Winter Wonderfest the weekend of Saturday, January 31, 2015 and Sunday, February 1, 2015. We are very exciting to bring this event to the Middle Georgia community for a second time! Our first Winter Wonderfest last year was a huge success with over 4,000 people in attendance. Our Winter Wonderfest is a weekend of great fun for all ages!

Children and adults alike will enjoy the winter-themed activities featuring our most popular attraction from last year, the two 65 foot snow tubing slides made from real snow. Other outdoor and indoor activities include a stunt jumpz, jousting, rock wall climbing, bounce houses, a snow ride around the museum, a craft show, a chili cook-off, food vendors, hot chocolate bar, cookie and cupcake decorating and much more.

A new addition to the Winter Wonderfest will be an adult block party on Saturday, January 31 from 7 to 11 pm. The block party will feature live music by “Homeless Hill” with adult snow tubing, stunt jumpz, jousting, rock wall climbing and a cash bar.

The armbands prices are based on children’s ages. Children age 7 and under are $10 which includes snow tubing, jousting, animal land, snow globe photo op, double slide and guided snow ride around museum. Children ages 8 and older are $15 which includes all of the above plus stunt jumpz and rock climbing wall. Adult block party armbands cost is $10.
