Festival Day at the Museum of Arts and Sciences
The Museum of Arts and Sciences will be hosting their Second Annual Cherry Blossom Festival Day at the Museum on April 1st. According to their magazine, The Muse, visitors will “Get a taste of Macon’s favorites served by co-sponsoring restaurants Buca di Beppo, Pizza Hut, Twangs Southern Tastes & Sounds, as well as pink covered donuts from Krispy Kreme. Catch the show by magician, Mike Fuller, a presentation by Paula East and students of her dance studio, goodies from I Think I Am Foundation, and special shows with the animals in our Mini-Zoo. Learn about the medicinal uses of native Georgia plants on the Nature Trail tours. Have your car painted Cherry Blossom pink by Peggy Whyte, and meet Pebble, the Cherry Blossom Festival mascot.”
Also, they will be hosting a food drive on that day, and you can receive one free admission per family or group if you bring a canned good. There is more info on the picture below.
